Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Earrings
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty or damaged. This policy helps ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please ensure you reach out to us before sending any items back, as returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, and without justification. As with our standard return policy, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
